What do we think about women in business?

Over 20 years of support

What have we learned?

Business Station has been supporting women in business for over 20 years. In the last three years alone, we have worked with over 15,000 small businesses with 11,500 led by women. most being women.

As a result, in 2022, we were awarded the WA Telstra Best of Business Award for Accelerating Women.

We believe that women in business have great capacity in terms of personal & work skills, adaptability and commitment in the work context.

Secondly, we have discovered that each woman in business faces unique and shared challenges, as well as opportunities. All too often, we are tempted to only address or consider both challenges & opportunities when an urgent pressure or a crisis arises.

Our programs encourage women to ask questions, moving them toward a preferred working future.

Questions like, “How do I define and measure success?”, “What kind of work culture do I want to create or join?” and “Does my work life reflect my values and priorities?” Our Women in Business programs, including Grassroots Women, are designed to help women understand and answer these questions for themselves.
